Woodside Waste Management Frequently Asked Questions:

1: WHAT WASTE CAN YOU REMOVE ?
In general, all household, office and garden rubbish including your big and bulky items.
2: ARE THERE ANY ITEMS YOU CANNOT TAKE ?
Asbestos, gas bottles and cylinders, hazardous and toxic waste, oils and filters, paints, liquids and sludge and solvents.
3: WHAT HAPPENS TO THE WASTE ?
Your waste will be disposed of to one of our Chosen waste transfer stations who guarantee 95 % of your waste is recycled
4: WILL I NEED A PERMIT ?
You will not need the extra expense of a permit as you get 30 minutes free loading time.
5: HOW MUCH DOES IT COST ?
The price depends on how much waste you have, we charge different prices for different amounts so you only pay for what we take. Please call us for a quote.
6: HOW DO I PAY FOR THE WAIT AND LOAD SERVICE ?
You can pay by cash, card or bank transfer prior to the job taking place.
7: WILL YOU COMMUNICATE WITH ME ON THE DAY OF THE JOB ?
Once your job has been booked in we will then call or text you at least 1 hour before arrival.
8: DO I HELP YOU LOAD ?
To keep your costs as low as possible our drivers at Woodside Waste work alone but for an additional fee we can bring extra labour.
9: ARE YOU LICENSED TO DO THIS WORK ?
Yes, we are fully licensed by the environmental agency our license number is CBDU453450.
10: ARE YOU INSURED TO DO THIS WORK ?
Yes. Our lorries and drivers are fully insured also including public liability cover.
11: DO I RECEIVE CERTIFICATION AFTER THE JOB IS DONE ?
Yes. Once the job is completed you will be issued with a duty of care waste transfer note for extra piece of mind.
